DAILY OUTLOOK
Indonesia’s 10-year SUN yield eased 1.4bps to 7.050%, even as the US 10-year Treasury yield rose 4.81bps to 4.798%, widening the SUN-UST spread to 225.2bps. JISDOR strengthened 19 points to IDR 17,727/USD, offering limited domestic support as oil near USD 91/barrel and the global duration selloff sustain inflation and risk-premium pressure. We expect the 10-year SUN to trade within 7.00%-7.10% today, with a cautious bias; FR0094 remains the only Cheap bond in the standing valuation set, favoring selective short-duration accumulation.
