DAILY OUTLOOK
Indonesia’s 10-year SUN yield edged 0.7bp higher to 7.158%, while the US 10-year Treasury rose 2.1bps to 4.988% after briefly breaching 5.0%, narrowing the calculated SUN-UST spread by 1.4bps to 217.1bps. JISDOR weakened 24 points to IDR 17,635/USD and WTI advanced 0.5% to USD 101.89/barrel, keeping imported-inflation and rupiah risks elevated. Domestically, Suahasil Nazara’s appointment may support fiscal credibility, although markets will watch implementation of the 2027 budget. We expect the 10-year SUN to trade at 7.12%-7.25% today with a cautious bias. Prefer short-to-medium duration, including FR0094, maintain adequate liquidity buffers, and avoid aggressive long-end exposure before the Fed and BOJ decisions.
