• FUTR has no plans to go private after ownership change
Hexa Prima Nusantara (HPN) officially becomes the new controller of the technology issuer,
Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem (FUTR). FUTR management emphasized that the new controller
plans to continue listing the company’s shares on the Stock Exchange and has no plans to
go private or delist. The existence of a new controller allows FUTR to diversify into digital and
advertising businesses. However, there has been no change in the main business fields and
activities even though HPN operates in the energy sector. HPN acquired the Kalrez
Petroleum Oil Block on Seram Island on 5 Dec 25. The potential for oil lifting on Seram Island
reaches 40-80M barrels, with a contract duration of 15 years. However, the company will
present a more detailed business plan at the Public Expose and Annual GMS in early 2025.
For information, Hexa Prima Nusantara (HPN) acquired 99.99 percent of the shares of Digital
Futurama Global (DFG), which is the old controller of FUTR. This corporate action resulted in
HPN controlling FUTR indirectly, namely through DFG, which is recorded as holding 51.22%
of FUTR shares. (IDX Channel)
