ASII realized IDR 12.3T capex in 1H24
Astra International (ASII) has realized IDR 12.3T capex in 1H24, reaching 33.24% of FY24 budget. Most of it is used for its heavy equipment and mining business through United Tractors (UNTR) at around 70%, while the rest is spread across the plantation business and sales operations. NICL distributes an interim dividend of IDR 53.16B
PAM Mineral (NICL) will distribute interim dividends worth IDR 53.16B for the 2024 financial year. Each shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR 5 per share. Looking at the financial reports as of 1H24, NICL’s net profit for the current period reached IDR 73.59B. In the same period, the total balance of unrestricted retained earnings reached IDR 114.1B. The cum dividend date is on 16 Aug 24 and the payment date is on 28 Aug 24. (Kontan)
UNTR subsidiary working on Daihatsu rooftop solar power plant project
Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN), a subsidiary of United Tractors (UNTR), signed a MoU with Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) to work on rooftop Solar Power Plant (PLTS) projects at several ADM facilities in Karawang, West Java. The project will be carried out in three phases with a total capacity of 8.1 MWp. This project is expected to produce 10 GWh of electrical energy per year and reduce carbon emissions by around 8,500 tons of CO2 per year. It will be implemented at several ADM facilities in Karawang, including Karawang Assembling Plant 2 with a capacity of 3,019 MWp, Karawang Assembling Plant 1 with a capacity of 2,988 MWp, Karawang Engine Plant with a capacity of 1,765 MWp, and Karawang Casting Plant with a capacity of 0.5 MWp.
