• BIRD will add 1,000 electric vehicles in 2025
Blue Bird (BIRD) plans to add 1,000 electric vehicles to its fleet in 2025. This initiative is part
of the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability and reducing carbon
emissions. In 2024, Blue Bird allocated a capital expenditure of IDR 2T, with a significant
portion dedicated to fleet rejuvenation and the addition of 500 electric vehicles. The
company has been progressively increasing its electric vehicle fleet since 2019, aiming to
achieve a minimum of 10% electric vehicles in its total fleet by 2030.
• BUMI targets to produce 75,000 troy ounces of gold in 2025
Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS) targets gold production of 75,000 troy ounces by 2025
compared to a target of 55,000 to 60,000 troy ounces last year. BRMS has a number of focuses
and expansion agendas this year. First, BRMS is working on a third gold ore processing facility
in Palu. The gold factory using the heapleach method is targeted to be operational in 1Q25.
Second, BRMS is also working on a heapleach gold facility project in Gorontalo, which is
targeted to start operating in Jun 26. Third, BRMS will work on an underground gold mining
project in Palu, with a target of being operational in 2H27. Fourth, apart from gold mines in
Palu and Gorontolo, BRMS will also carry out drilling and exploration activities to increase
copper reserves in Gorontalo. BRMS will also carry out drilling and exploration activities on

• MAPI sold remaining treasury shares through block sale
Mitra Adiperkasa (MAPI) officially released the remaining shares resulting from the buyback
through a block sale mechanism. Funds from sales reached IDR 79B. The company sold the
remaining 60,386,600 treasury shares to Golden Asia Heritage on 3 Feb 25, which has no
affiliation with the company. The number of treasury shares is equivalent to 0.36% of the total
MAPI shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The company released the
remaining shares through a block sale scheme at a price of IDR 1,310 per share. (IDX Channel)
