• AMOR will distribute IDR 30.9B dividends
Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia (AMOR) will distribute interim dividends with a value
of IDR 14 per share totaling IDR 30.96B. The distribution was based on financial performance
in FY24, where AMOR reported an IDR 36.47B net profit. The cum dividend date is on 7 Feb
25, while the payment date is on 24 Feb 25. (Emiten News)

• PJAA’s net profit declined 24.39% yoy in FY24
Pembangunan Jaya Ancol (PJAA) posted a net profit of IDR 177.79B in 2024. (-24.39% yoy).
This was in line with revenue, which declined slightly to IDR 1.26T from the previous year’s
revenue of IDR 1.27T. Most of the revenue was contributed by ticket sales which fell from the
previous year’s position. PJAA managed to collect ticket revenue of IDR 907.18B in 2024,
lower than the figure in 2023 of IDR 911.66B. Hotel revenues also recorded a decline to IDR
76.84B, compared to the previous year’s figure of IDR 88.99B. Meanwhile, revenue from other
businesses contributed IDR 277.59B in 2024. In the midst of the decline in revenue, PJAA’s
cost of revenue and direct expenses in the 2024 period showed an increase. This expense
item was recorded to have increased by 3.85% yoy to IDR 599.12B compared to IDR 576.8B in 202 (Bisnis Indonesia)

• WIKA acquired IDR 20.7T new contracts in 2024
Wijaya Karya (WIKA) acquired new contracts amounting to IDR 20.7T in 2024 with a
contribution of 42% from the infrastructure & building sector, 32% from the industrial sector,
20% from the EPCC sector, and 6% from the property sector. Apart from targeting
government infrastructure projects that support national resilience, WIKA is also ready to
implement EPCC projects that support energy security and downstream industries this year.
Regarding the IKN project, WIKA is currently working on seven projects in IKN with a value
of IDR 3.7T. These projects are strategic projects that will support the main infrastructure
supporting IKN, including the IKN Segment 3B-2 Kariangau-Tempadung Toll Road,
Sepinggan Toll Road Package 1B, IPAL Network 1 and 3 KIPP, and others. (Kontan)

Hari received his degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1988. He became the Independent Commissioner of PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia on 24 March 24 2023. He began his work in the financial industry in 1976 at a foreign bank in Jakarta and later worked for a security company in the capital market. Having worked in the financial market for over 30+ years, Hari has held positions as a President Director, Directors and Senior Manager. He is currently an competency assessor for Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pasar Modal Indonesia (LSPPMI).
