- ASRI aims for IDR 2.8T marketing sales in 2024
Alam Sutera Realty (ASRI) targets marketing sales of IDR 2.8T in 2024. The company recorded marketing sales of IDR 1.2T in 1H24, reaching 42.86% of the FY24 target. In detail, sales of houses and residential land contributed 75% to marketing sales, while the remainder came from sales of commercial products at 16% and apartments at 8%. Alam Sutera and Suvarna Sutera contributed almost equally to total marketing sales in 1H24, namely 46% and 42% respectively. Until 1H24, ASRI has launched two new products, namely the Agra cluster and the Cassia cluster. The Agra cluster is located in Suvarna Sutera with a price range per unit of IDR 1.6-2B while the Cassia cluster is located in Ayodhya with a price range per unit of IDR 1.9-3.3B. MD Entertainment (FILM) plans to acquire 80.05% of the shares in Net Visi Media (NETV) with a total transaction value of IDR 1.65T. FILM will spend IDR 1.26T to absorb 25.22B new series shares, which will be issued by NETV with a nominal value of IDR 50 per share. FILM also purchased 7.88B Series A NETV shares with a nominal value of IDR 200 per share from Teladan Investama, Indika Inti Holdiko, and Sinergi Lintas Media, representing 19.07% of the issued capital worth IDR 394.44B. As a source of funds to finance this transaction, FILM will conduct a private placement where Permata Surya Gitatama and Teladan Investama will take part in the new shares issued by FILM worth IDR 661.9B. The acquisition of NETV is expected to strengthen FILM’s position in the media and entertainment industry and support its business development by expanding its access to television distribution channels. Medikaloka Hermina (HEAL) is optimistic that it can get a net profit of IDR 6.7T by the end of the year. This belief is supported by HEAL’s positive performance in 1H24, with net profit growing 69.6% yoy and revenue growth of 24.2% yoy to IDR 3.34T. EBITDA also grew 41.5% yoy to IDR 990.5B in 1H24.
