• AVIA’s net profit rose to IDR 1.66T in 2024
Avia Avian (AVIA) posted a net profit of IDR 1.66T throughout 2024 (+1.35% yoy), in line with
net sales, which increased slightly by 6.48% yoy to IDR 7.47T. In detail, revenue from thirdparty
and related-party customer increased to IDR 7.41Y and IDR 60.08B, respectively.
Meanwhile, revenue based on the distribution network, namely the company’s distributors,
grew to IDR 6.69T. However, third-party distributors and direct sales were recorded to have
shrunk to IDR 735.52B and IDR 40.46B. In terms of operating expenses, last year it increased
to IDR 1.57T. Sales expenses increased to IDR 1.32T, and general and administrative expenses

• MMLP expand client portfolio to oil and gas
Mega Manunggal Property (MMLP) will start groundbreaking its first project in 2025. The
project, located on Jalan Aru, Blok H, Sukasejati, MM2100 Cibitung industrial area, Bekasi
district, West Java is part of MMLP’s strategic steps in expanding its business portfolio. The
building, which will stand on an area of 15,000 sqm, is planned to be used and operated by
the oil and gas company, Expro Indonesia, as their newest home base in Bekasi, West Java.
This project is planned for completion at the end of 2025 and will be handed over to tenants
on Dec 25. Meanwhile, the facilities to be built in this project consist of an office building and
an Expro Indonesia workshop covering an area of 2000 sqm and also provides an open yard
area which will be used for storing Expro goods and assets. With the start of this project,
Mega Manunggal Property will further expand its business portfolio in 2025 with the addition
of the oil and gas industry, represented by Expro Indonesia, to its client list. (Kontan)
• HRTA expect bullion bank to contribute 30% in FY25 revenue
Hartadinata Abadi (HRTA) will be involved in developing the ecosystem in bullion banks or
gold banks. The company had implemented a partnership with two institutions that provide
bullion bank services, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia (BRIS) and Pegadaian. Partnerships
with two gold banking institutions are carried out in terms of providing raw materials and
gold bullion products. In the future, HRTA will also actively develop the bullion bank
ecosystem. The bank bullion business is expected to contribute 20 – 30% to HRTA’s
consolidated revenue in 2025. HRTA is also optimistic that it will be able to record sales of
500 kg of gold bullion per month to Indonesian bullion banks. (Bisnis Indonesia)
