• ARNA recorded a net profit of IDR 317.96B in 9M24
Arwana Citramulia (ARNA) recorded a net profit of IDR 317.96B in 9M24 (-10.66% yoy), despite
the 4.35% increase in revenue to IDR 1.92T. In line with revenue, COGS decreased from IDR
1.14T to IDR 1.26T. As a result, ARNA booked a gross profit of IDR 660.37B in 9M24, down

• DVLA will distribute IDR 48.1B interim dividend
Darya-Varia Laboratoria (DVLA) will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 48.16B with each
shareholder of one share of this pharmaceutical issuer will receive a dividend of IDR 43 per
share. The distribution is based on DVLA’s 1H24 results, in which the company booked a net

• JAWA to borrow IDR 1.25T from its shareholder
Jaya Agra Wattie (JAWA), a processed tobacco producer, plans to borrow IDR 1.25T from its
shareholder, Sarana Agro Investama (SAI). This affiliated loan is considered capable of
reducing the interest burden that will be borne by JAWA with savings ranging from 34% to
100%. This loan from SAI is interest-free and without collateral. As a comparison, if JAWA gets
a loan from another party, the company will be charged an interest of 8.25% per year. JAWA
previously received a loan from SAI amounting to IDR 500B on 30 Aug 18, then received a
similar facility worth IDR 1T in 2020, and again received a loan of IDR 1T in 2022. According to
the agreement, part of this debt will be converted into shares with a value of IDR 1.24T,
consisting of facility I of IDR 245.82B and facility II of IDR 1T. In addition, on 19 Jun 24, JAWA
also recorded an additional loan of IDR 30.85B. With this new loan, JAWA’s total loan from
SAI reached IDR 2.25T, which was used to support the company’s smooth operations. JAWA

• PTBA signs important agreement with KAI and SMBR
Bukit Asam (PTBA), Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), and Semen Baturaja (SMBR) agreed on a MoU
regarding the plan to increase coal unloading capacity in the Kertapati Area with a target of
completion in 2027. This is done considering the importance of developing coal and cement
loading and unloading areas in the Palembang Division III area to support national energy
and infrastructure needs. In 9M24, KAI transported 50,987,328 tons of goods (+8% yoy), of

Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) recorded a net profit of IDR 3T (-28.15% yoy) in 9M24, along with
the decline in revenue to IDR 27.41T (-10.12% yoy). In detail, sales from the domestic segment
were IDR 26.63T (-9.89% yoy), while export sales were also down by 17.45% yoy to IDR 785.7B.
To tackle the problem, the company plans to strengthen its main brands and portfolio by
launching products in new formats, for example, Tresemme Serum, Ponds Sun Serum, and
Royco Oyster Sauce, which since their launch have received a positive response from
