• ANTM targets for production of 13M wmt nickel ore from SDA mine
Aneka Tambang (ANTM) targets the production capacity of the Sumberdaya Arindo (SDA)
mining block to reach around 13M wmt of nickel ore (saprolite and limonite) in 2027. At that
time, the SDA mining block will produce at full scale. Nevertheless, ANTM management
revealed that the production capacity of the SDA mining block is currently in the range of 3M
wmt of saprolite. ANTM has received approval for the work plan and cost budget (RKAB) for
mining activities in the SDA block for 2024 to 2026. Approval from the mineral and coal
authority was issued on 22 Oct 24. As is known, the SDA mining block is a collaboration
between ANTM and Hong Kong CBL Limited, a CATL business entity, in the roadmap for
downstream nickel ore into electric batteries. In the joint venture on the upstream side of
the mine, ANTM holds 51% of the shares and Hong Kong CBL Limited secures ownership of
49% of the shares in PT SDA. Meanwhile, the project has an investment value of around USD
74M. Currently, ANTM is processing an AMDAL permit to be able to carry out mining from

• BTPS net profit fell 1.76% yoy in 2024
Bank BTPN Syariah (BTPS) has recorded a net profit of IDR 1.06T throughout 2024 (-1.76% yoy).
The decline in profit is in line with the decline in several bank revenue items. Net margin
revenue fell by around 6.94% yoy to IDR 4.89T and other operational revenue decreased to
IDR 43.72B compared to IDR 60.95B in 2023. Fortunately, BTPS succeeded in implementing
cost efficiencies throughout 2024. This is reflected in operational expenses, which fell by
around 8.98% yoy to IDR 3.59T. From the intermediation side, BTPS has distributed financing
to its customers worth IDR 9.35T, down from the IDR 10.34T recorded in the previous year.
BTPS’s Third Party Funds (DPK) declined 4.32% yoy to IDR 2.13T. Meanwhile, CKPN for
murabahah receivables decreased 23.8% yoy to IDR 924.2B. Management said this was in line
with the end of the Covid-19 relaxation period and the bank had written off the books.

• DRMA to boost sales of three-wheeled motorbikes
Dharma Polimetal (DRMA) will boost sales of its three-wheeled motorbike product,
PowerAce, this year when the automotive industry is sluggish. PowerAce is a three-wheeled
motorbike product produced and developed by DRMA since 2021. The company chose to
produce this type of three-wheeled motorbike because it is suitable for supporting micro,
small, and medium entrepreneurs in running their businesses. Currently, DRMA has 43
dealers spread across Indonesia. DRMA targets to sell 5,000 PowerAce units this year, up
from 4000 PowerAce units sold in 2024. To achieve this target, DRMA plans to add six
exclusive dealer points. Previously, the company was also implementing a diversification
strategy to face the sluggish trend in the country’s automotive industry. DRMA has taken
diversification steps, such as developing the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) product.
This product is an energy storage battery that is generally used to store energy from solar
