- ADHI recorded IDR 13.6T new contracts in 8M24
Adhi Karya (ADHI) pocketed new contracts worth IDR 13.6T in 8M24, lower than IDR 24.5T in 8M23. The company’s new contract was obtained from building project work at 43%, water resources at 31%, and the remaining from roads & bridges, property, manufacturing, and EPC at 26%. Based on funding sources, it mostly came from the government at 56%, loans at 7%, SOEs (BUMN/BUMD) at 19%, and the private sector at 18%. Aneka Tambang (ANTM) formed a joint venture (JV) with the South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD). ANTM collaborates with Sulsel Citra Indonesia (SCI) and Luwu Timur Gemilang (LTG). This JV was established to develop nickel mining in the Pongkeru Block, East Luwu, South Sulawesi. In this collaboration, ANTM acts as the majority shareholder. Meanwhile, SCI as a Provincial BUMD and LTG as a Regency BUMD have a significant portion of minority shares. (Kontan)
