The AGM of Kalbe Farma (KLBF) agreed to buy back shares with a maximum value of IDR 1T or set a maximum price of IDR1,600/share. Management explained that buyback shares will be done in the period from 16 May24 to 15 May 25. The company will use internal funds to do the buyback. Meanwhile, the AGM also approved a cash dividend of a total IDR 1.4T or equal to a 52% payout ratio, translating to a dividend per share of IDR 31/share. (Antara)
