• AMAR to distribute IDR 25.21B interim dividends
Bank Amar Indonesia (AMAR) will distribute interim dividends worth IDR 25.21B or IDR 1.40
per share. The cum dividend date is on 24 Dec 24 and the payment date will be on 15 Jan 25.
In 9M24, AMAR posted a net profit of IDR 152.26B (-6.11% yoy). The company’s net interest
income (NII) rose 29.94% yoy to IDR 838.98B in 9M24. AMAR also posted fee-based income of
IDR 1.97B (+272.92% yoy) and other income of IDR 339.44B (+19.86% yoy). However, the
company posted impairment losses on financial assets which rose 27.22% yoy to IDR 537.58B

• BBRI distributes an IDR 135 interim dividend per share
Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) announced the distribution of an interim dividend of IDR 135
per share, totaling IDR 20.3T. The distribution refers to the company’s performance as of
9M24, in which it recorded IDR 45T net profit. With BBRI’s share price currently at IDR 4,200,
the indicated dividend yield is around 3.2%. The cum date is on 24 Dec 24, while the payment
