• GOTO recorded IDR 621.87B e-commerce service income in 2024
GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO) recorded an e-commerce service fee income worth IDR
621.87B in 2024 after releasing the majority of Tokopedia shares to TikTok Shop in 2023. In
2024, GOTO earned a revenue of IDR 15.89T (+8% yoy). GOTO’s revenue came from service
fees of IDR 5.8T, delivery services of IDR 5.34T, loans of IDR 1.93T, e-commerce service fees of
IDR 621.87B, advertising fees of IDR 554.99B, and others of IDR 1.63T. GOTO management
explained that the e-commerce service commission from Tokopedia in 4Q24 reached IDR
204B, or IDR183B after deducting VAT. Throughout the year, this revenue reached IDR 690B,
or IDR 622B after deducting VAT. The company posted a total adjusted EBITDA of IDR 386B
and successfully recorded the first quarter with positive adjusted EBITDA in the Financial

• HRTA targets 60% revenue growth in 2025
Hartadinata Abadi (HRTA) targets revenue growth to reach around 50-60% and net profit
growth of 40-50% in 2025. HRTA continues to rely on its two leading products, namely Ardore
brand jewelry and gold bars with the Emasku brand. Previously, the jewelry business line was
the main revenue driver. However, the gold bar business line has now become the main
contributor to revenue at around 70% due to the high demand for gold bars. HRTA estimates
gold purchases to increase during Ramadan and Eid, with gold sales in both jewelry and gold
bars to grow 20% ahead of Eid. To meet this year’s performance targets, HRTA is trying to
strengthen marketing and innovation in the brands owned by the company. For Ardore
Jewelry, HRTA ensures that this brand continues to improve its quality while actively
innovating to present new jewelry designs to attract potential customers. Meanwhile, HRTA
continues to maintain the quality of Emasku gold bars, which have a purity level of up to
99.9%. The company is also taking care of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA)
certification for Emasku. If the LBMA certificate is successfully obtained, Emasku can be
traded on the international market while competing competitively with Antam Precious
Metals in terms of price. The company targets the certification to be obtained by the end of

• TINS targets tin production to increase by 15% in 2025
Timah (TINS) targets tin production of 21,000 to 23,000 tons or by around 15% yoy in 2025. The
company will also develop its mining assets such as in Bangka Belitung (Riau Islands) by
opening new areas. This year, the company has several exploration targets on land by
conducting detailed exploration of deep alluvial deposits and increasing the class of primary
tin resources. Meanwhile, on sea, the company aims to intensify coastal area exploration.
