APLN officially invested in IKN
IKN Authority collaborates with Agung Podomoro Land (APLN) to build residential complexes in IKN, which was marked by the signing of a cooperation agreement between APLN and the Business Authority (BUO) Bina Karya. In the initial stage, APLN will carry out residential construction intended for state civil servants (ASN). However, in the future, APLN is expected to help build commercial residential areas in IKN. EMTK will distribute IDR 244.29B dividend
Elang Mahkota Teknologi (EMTK) will distribute dividends of IDR 244.29 billion or equal to IDR 4 dividends per share from its retained earnings. EMTK booked a net loss of IDR 140.07B in 2023, a reversal from a net profit of IDR 5.44T in 2022. This was in line with its revenue that shrank 6.24% yoy to IDR 9.24T. (Kontan)
MYOR targets IDR 34.28T revenue in 2024
Mayora Indah (MYOR) targets a revenue of IDR 34.28T (+8.9% yoy). Meanwhile, for the bottom line, MYOR wants to achieve net profit growth of 7.2% yoy to IDR 3.47T. The three main strategies are to maximize sales performance through insightful marketing to consumers, continuing the innovation agenda, and looking at opportunities to expand export markets to new destination countries. This year, MYOR has allocated IDR 1.5T in capex, where IDR 1.1T will be used to complete the construction of new factories in Jayanti and Pasuruan and the rest for maintenance capex.
