- ADRO targets 3 water treatment projects to operate by 2024
Adaro Energy Indonesia (ADRO) continues accelerating its water processing business line (Adaro Water) this year. In 2Q24, management reported that Adaro Water continued positive operational developments and operates four water treatment facilities with a total capacity of 1,470 liters per second. Currently, the company is developing four projects with a total capacity of 1,100 liters per second. Astra International (ASII) recorded total sales of 43,767 units on Jul 24 (-0.32% mom, -9.98% yoy). The company’s car market share remains stable at 57%. LCGC sales reached 12,020 units (+5.52% mom, -5.65% yoy) with a market share of 81%, up from 75% on Jun 24. In 7M24, ASII accumulated total sales of 275,559 car units (-15.61% yoy). Indosat (ISAT) plans to carry out a stock split with a ratio of 1:4 to increase stock liquidity. With this stock split, the nominal value of ISAT Series B shares, which was originally IDR 100 per share, will become IDR 25 per share. The number of ISAT shares will increase to 32.25B from 8.06B shares. ISAT will hold an EGMS on 24 Sep 24 to request shareholder approval for the stock split.
