BSDE targets IDR 10T marketing sales in 2025
Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE) is targeting marketing sales of IDR 10T in 2025. The company is
optimistic that new product launches in BSD City, along with joint venture projects such as
Nava Park and Hiera, will continue to attract market interest. BSDE aims for 51% of this year’s
marketing sales to come from the residential segment, while the commercial segment is
expected to contribute 34%, with the remaining 15% coming from other sources. In the
residential segment, BSD City is projected to generate pre-sales of IDR 1.8T, or 18% of the total
pre-sales target of IDR 10T. Meanwhile, in the commercial segment, commercial projects
located within BSD City are expected to reach IDR 1.7T in pre-sales, or 17% of the total target.
Apart from BSD City, Hermawan stated that Grand Wisata and Kota Wisata would also be
key contributors to BSDE’s pre-sales. Additionally, BSDE expects an increase in marketing
sales following its acquisition of Suryamas Dutamakmur (SMDM) last year. The company
anticipates additional contributions from SMDM’s three projects, that is Rancamaya, Royal
Tajur, and Harvest City, which are projected to contribute around 3% to the total marketing
sales target. (IDX Channel)
